According to the Oxford and Cambridge dictionaries ‘wellbeing’ is defined as:

“The state of feeling healthy and happy”.

At Santosha Living we believe that the interconnections of our lives, especially those between work and homelife drive the importance of our personal wellbeing goals. We offer classes in Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition and Nordic Walking as well as specialised classes including Meditation and Behaviour Change workshops to help achieve those goals.

Sandra Ajimal utilises her extensive Nursing experiences, skills, training and academic qualifications to underpin her teaching. Her personal Yoga journey began over 20 years ago. She has a 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Training Advanced Diploma, a Diploma in Mat Based Pilates and an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management.

Santosha Living works within the Yogic philosophy of Ahimsa (non-harming), which means that we always encourage respect and kindness towards our bodies.
